Asheley Nicole Olivo grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use Core Tracker for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices compatible with the Solana Mobile ecosystem.

- Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the application.
- Use the application for any illegal activities in your jurisdiction or the United States of America.
- Distribute modified versions of the application.
4. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to Core Tracker (including the software, design, and graphics) are and will remain the exclusive property of Asheley Nicole Olivo.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Core Tracker is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the application will be error-free or that it will meet your specific cognitive training requirements.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the United States of America, Asheley Nicole Olivo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the application.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States of America.
